Concierge Services, Inc.
Greg Doyle
I own a concierge staffing company supplying concierges to high end residential properties throughout the Greater Boston area. So, quality of service is as important to me as the manner in which it is delivered. Some time ago, Matt Wilson created a newsletter for residents at one of the properties we serve. The quality of Matt’s work is consistently high, and I’ve always been pleased with his accessibility and responsiveness. I am happy to provide a reference on his behalf.
I was first impressed by Matt’s commitment and willingness to serve. At the outset of the project for which we ultimately hired him, Matt listened very carefully to our needs. After our initial discussion, he drove from Providence, RI to Medford, MA to meet with us in person to review things in greater detail and to make sure our expectations were fully understood. Matt is conscientious, and he cares about his clients’ short and long term objectives, so customers are confident knowing they can count on him to continue providing support down the road.
Matt is very talented and has been involved with a variety of projects in his capacity as a service provider to Concierge Services, Inc. as well as to other companies. Things change from time to time, so occasionally deadlines need to be adjusted. Over the past few years, Matt has proven to be very flexible. His ability to work with clients in a variety of settings plays no small part in why he has cultivated strong, longstanding relationships with customers who are eager to use his services over and over. Concierge Services is excited to continue using Matt’s services.
Our company has grown considerably since we first began working with Matt. We have established a reputation for having high standards, so we prefer to work only with those service providers we feel will meet our expectations. With Matt, there is no question our customers are in good hands. I highly recommend him for his integrity and quality work.

Matthew produced high quality PowerPoint presentations for Transparent Language for several years. He often had to deal with highly complex grammatical concepts and find simple visuals with which to convey them. I often marveled at his choices. Moreover, Matthew (quite literally) wrote the book on how these presentations should be made. He gave us a instructional guide to his technique for others to follow. I found Matthew to be responsible, cooperative, and imaginative. I commend his talents unreservedly.
